Each Esband is manufactured endlessly and precisely tailored to your needs. Onward processing is done using a computer-controlled, five-axle processing facility which we have developed in-house. This permits perforations and milled-in profiles of almost any shape, for instance for suction slits or conveyor bags. Here are a few examples:

1. Flat belts with forced tracking thanks to integrated tracking wedge which is either glued to the running side or milled out of the actual material

2. Perforated flat belts with standard perforation diameters of 1.5 to 10 millimetres; perforation patterns according to customer wishes, special diameters on request

3. Flat belts with extra-thick conveying side coating and integrated suction slits and perforations for vacuum conveyance on larger suction surfaces

4. NE and PU timing belts with reverse side coating and integrated suction slits and perforations as well as milled-in suction channel on the toothed side. Used as suction timing belts in sachet packing machines

7. Elastic vacuum tapes with PU (yellow) or SI (grey) coating for fixed axle bases.

8. Vacuum tape (net) without coating for very high air permeability
